3 3/8"h x 4 3/8"w sepia tone photo of the Fenwick family home in Leonardtown. It was a large house with a gable roof that was obscured by large pedimented dormers. Much of the detail of the house was obscured by trees. On the left there was a dormer with a considerable overhang that sheltered one small window. To the right was a larger dormer with a four light window under a round arch. An inside end chimney was visible next to it. On the right edge of the building was a conical roof. On the second floor there were three large two over one double hung windows with dark shutters. On the first floor, on the left was a pair of two over one double hung windows. Next was a double entry door with a transom and sidelights. A large floor to ceiling window with shutters was next and there was one more window to the right. A wraparound five bay porch shaded most of the first floor; it was two steps above the ground.
