1995.001.1800Description
This is a photograph of a parade in Clinton, Maryland. Engine number 5 of the Leonardtown Volunteer Fire Dept. was in the center of the picture on a relatively narrow main street. The Clinton bank and a small market were on the opposite side of the street from the camera. The road was lined with men, women and children. There were a few people on the roof of the market. There was a four way traffic light suspended over the corner just behind the apparatus. A telephone pole near the bank had several directional signs to nearby towns. In the lower right corner, a small transparent label carried the name and address of the photography studio.
