This is a photograph of the winners or perhaps judges of some of the flower events. Five people, one man and four women, are lined up in front of three shelves of flower entries. The man is holding a basket--straw or ceramic is impossible to tell--containing a bouquet. The woman on the left is holding a small vase with a single flower, as is Miss Dent. The other two women do not have blooms in their hands. All the women are wearing dresses or suits and sensible shoes and two women wear hats; the man has on a suit, tie and dark shoes. A single lightbulb dangles in the middle of the picture. I am not sure I agree with Mr. Fenwick's identity of the man--he does not look at all like the Wilmer Bowles identified in the Fair Board photo.
