Black and white photograph 5"h x 3 1/4"w view of Forrest Hall in Morganza that no longer exists. This is a photograph of a photograph. The view is from the gable end of the building. Shrubs and trees nearly obscure the house. The building is one and one half stories tall with a large outside end brick chimney at the near end. The chimney is fireplace width until the roof peak, after which it is a regular stack, albeit leaning toward the roof. A window is barely visible right next to the chimney in the gable end. There are two gable roofed dormers with a double hung window in each. There is a porch roof below the dormers, but the space below that roof is entirely obscured by foliage. A woman in a light colored dress stands in the tall grass near the bushes.
