This is a dark sepia-tone heavily silvered studio portrait of Francis Norbert Fenwick taken at the time of his graduation from Georgetown Preparatory School in 1927. He is wearing a dark suit, white shirt, and a tie with a mottled design. His shoulders are facing to his left and his head is turned to his right. He appears to be nearly angry--his mouth is straight and his eyes look away from the camera. He has medium brown hair parted far to his left. He does not wear glasses. He has a wide smooth forehead. The photo was removed from a toxic cardboard support.
