3 3/8"h x 5 7/8"w black and white photo of the Goldsmith place in Charles County. This is the brick north gable end, completely without fenestration. There is an inside end chimney arising from the center peak, but the roof line on the right extends much lower than the roofline on the left. The roofline on the left incorporates a shed roof open porch. The brick was painted white from the ground to about the left eave line. Five dormers are visible in the long roof line and five posts supporting the porch roof. There is a simple wood and chicken wire fence between the photographer and the house. Two people are standing under large trees on the right.
