Gravelly Hills during renovation 35Entry/Object ID
1995.001.2011Description
3 1/8"h x 3"w black and white photo of the renovation of Gravelly Hills during its rescue by Hope Swann and Elizabeth Hoff. The house was all built at once in 1847. This photo showed the entire house from the vantage point of the gable end of the small block and across the front of the house. Construction was nearly complete. Some work remained on the floors to the entrance doors. There were shutters on some of the windows in the main block. Some scaffolding is barely visible on the opposite gable end.
