3 3/8"h x 5 3/4"w yellowed black and white photo of the house at Hampton. The photo was likely taken in late fall because the leaves are mostly down and lying on the lawn. It was a white? house with a dark roof and colored shutters. The main building was a story and a half with a a large multi-window dormer in the roof and a full length screened porch on the first floor. On the gable end of the house there was a large white painted brick chimney with large metal numerals on it "1748." In the gable end of the main house there is an unusual very small two light window that follows the angle of the roof of the addition. There was a story and a half lower addition with a single triangle dormer in the visible roof. There was a single window in the first floor side wall and two six over six double hung windows in the gable end. On the lawn, in the distance, there is a chicken or rabbit hutch on legs above the ground.
