Black and white 3 1/2"h x 3 1/2"w photo of Herring Creek in Valley Lee. This view is from a considerable distance down the driveway. On the right is a grassy field and on the left is a field of young plants, likely corn. The road divides up ahead and power poles line the right fork. The house is on the left fork. It appears to be a story and a half gable roof structure with a full length porch as part of the roofline. There are double outside end chimneys on each gable end and an addition on the left that also has an outside end chimney on its gable end. There are four gable roof dormers in the main house and one in the addition. A pair of windows is visible in the first floor of the addition. There are many timbers leaning on the main house and attached to the roof, so there must be construction on the house. A pickup truck is in the yard on the far left.
