3 1/2"h x 5 1/8"w black and white photo of the Hills Club. It was a story and a half white building with a sizable single story brick addition all the way across the front. The main building had a gable roof with a small dormer on the left and a large dormer on the right. Each dormer had a single six over six window. There was a double window in the peak of the gable end and three shuttered windows evenly spaced on the first floor. The addition had a slightly sloping shed roof with a railing around the juncture between the roof and the building in the fond hope of improving its appearance. There was a small double hung window in the right end of the addition, a plain plate glass door on each end and two large plate glass windows in the middle. There was a high brick planter in front of the windows with enthusiastic bushes that covered half the windows. There was a Grand Opening banner on the roof railing, a tall sign by the road that did not have any text, and a white lighted sign with changeable letters on the parking lot perpendicular to the road. On the left gable end was a triangular entrance to a basement. There were standard One Way highway signs on each side of the driveway, a car and a truck in the front lot and a car in the back lot. Several power poles were visible in the background and a brick building was next door.
