This off-white card has a blue ink illustration of Hotel St. Mary's. It was probably available at the hotel for the use of the guests. Text: Telephone 10 Summer and Winter Resort Hotel St. Mary's J. Roland Duke, manager Leonardtown, Md. Well-Appointed Livery Hunting Fishing Bathing Boating Gas, Steam Heat, Baths, Artesian Water Rates $2.00 per day reasonable reduction by the week or month The card was postmarked May 30, 1909 from Britton? MD. bearing a green one cent stamp with a profile of Benjamin Franklin. The writer, J. C. Howard, was apparently an insurance agent asking R. H. Garner, George Gough and a Mr. Jameson to send premiums directly to Howard.
