1995.001.2092Description
3 1/2"h x 3 1/8"w black and white photo of the Hotel St. Mary's after the fire in 1956. The photo was of part of the front of the building. There were two dormers in the roof whose glazing was gone. Three four light windows were visible on the second floor, but some clapboards below the windows were removed. Three larger four light windows on the first floor were visible as was a door on the right with a two light transom. Two bays of a porch with a hipped roof was visible. It had two pillars and a railing. The trees were quite close to the building and must have been a nuisance for the firefighters.
