18"h x 7 3/4"w This was a tabbed ledger used to index those who held savings bonds issued early in World War II; some people invested heavily in bonds. The sample pages had to be cut from the binder. On each page, the two columns on the left contained the serial number(s) of any bonds held, then in the center the name of the holder, and on the right the face value of each bond.
