Union Local 832 in La Plata apparently had an account with the County Trust Company. The Local experienced difficulty and was taken over the International president. He notified the Trust of this and directed the Trust to only honor particular signatures if any person tried to take funds from the account. In a few years, control was returned to the Local and new people were authorized to write against the account.
March 18, 1943 International president, Joseph V. Moreschi, advised the Trust of the takeover of the Local. Ray England was the only person authorized to use the account
March 18, 1943 A. Persion, Secretary-Treasurer of the International, sent the Trust documentation for the takeover of the La Plata Local
March 20, 1943 Joseph V. Moreschi and A. Persion sent two names to the Trust; Ray England and Richard J. Lannahan were authorized to write against the account
July 2, 1943 The International notified the Trust that auditors had been chosen to study the accounts of the La Plata Local
January 18, 1945 The International notified the Trust that control of the La Plata Local was being returned to the local people
January 31, 1945 Mr. England notified the bank of the two people in the La Plata Local who had access to the account with the Trust
January 30, 1946 The Trust was notified not to recognize J. H. McGinnis as a person with access to the La Plata Local's accountCollection
