7"h x 5"w sepia tone portrait orientation photograph of a drawing or etching of James Fenner Lee II. The signature of the artist is at about 4:00 on the right rounded edge of the drawing, but it is not legible. There is a signature of James Fenner Lee on the drawing next to the artist's signature. Mr. Lee has on a dark jacket with short lapels and three buttons visible. He has on either a light colored tie or a vest with a plain shirt collar buttoned at his throat.
