8 1/2"h x 10 5/8"w black and white photocopy of a photo. There is no date for the photo. The stone is vertical on two levels of support. The bottom stone is finished only on the corners, but the middle stone is smooth on all sides. The top stone has an angle cut at the top with an inset "In Memoriam." The names and dates of James J. Forbes and his wife Eliza C. Thomas are cut into the side of the stone facing the camera. Mr. Forbes' dates are easy to read, but his wife's are less distinct. There is a water hose lying on the ground to the left and other ledger graves and an obelisk visible nearby. This is probably at the cemetery at Deep Falls.
