3 3/8"h x 4 3/4"w black and white photo of John Parlett's house. It was a two story brick house with a gable roof and one single story addition on the right gable end. The chimney was on the gable end between the main house and the addition. There were brick pilasters on each corner and also served as a frame for the front door. On the second floor were four windows with heavy white wood surrounds and dark shutters. On the first floor there was a double entry door in the center with a white closed pediment, large exterior lights, and white wood pillars. There was a tall window with heavy white surrounds and shutters on each side of the door. There was a picture window with a four over four double hung shuttered window on each side in the visible wall of the addition. There was a railing all around the top of the addition so there may have been access to the roof from the second floor.
