6"h x 3 5/8"w black and white photo of Jackson Lansdale and Frances Toney as they exited the old St. Aloysius Church after they were married. He had on white trousers with a thin stripe, a dark coat and a formal shirt with a wing collar. She wore a hat with a crown and medium brim, a plain straight white long dress with a small collar and she carried a bouquet of chrysanthemums. They were leaving the church by a double door with a round arch. There was a transom window with three circles; the center one had a Holy Cross in it. So far, this is the only photo we have of an African-American wedding.
