Unfortunately, from the get-go Hope never gave a first name in her salutations to whomever was sent this letter. Aside from that Hope thanks Miss Gwyther for her previous response before jumping right into the topic of family research. Hope has an inquiry about two Gwyther men:
The first name listed is a man named William Clements Gwyther who was born in 1866 to a Mr. Frederick George and Eliza Gwyther. He was likely born in Wales.
As for the second name it belongs to a man named Henry Gwyther. No birth year was given but he married on May 7th 1812 to Maria Philippa Artemisia Child at Pembroke in Wales. Henry was likely from Wales as well.
Following the information Hope gave about these two men, she asks Miss Gwyther if they are her kinsmen. She asks because she was never able to establish a connection between these two and her family tree.Collection
