Description
Here is another letter to Mrs. Frank Vincent Henry and this time it's from a gentleman named Arthur Trade who was Administrative Assistant for the State of Maryland Land Commissioners Office. Mrs. Frank Vincent Henry had written to him regarding Nicholas Guyther's children and the resulting inheritance. Arthur responded back to her by stating that she likely won't have much chance in finding out the names of Nicholas Guyther's children as they lived during the period of primogeniture. It seems that his kids were still minors when both he and his wife died. Arthur mentions that the eldest son would inherit everything after coming of age and before he would there would be a guardian assigned to Nicholas' estate. He says it would be difficult to find the exact names unless a claim of fraud was alleged by the interested party. At the very end he says he enclosed a photostat copy of liber W.R.C. #1.
