This is a letter Julia starts with thanking Minnie for pictures of her family and one of Julia's father. Julia brings up "Cousin Billie" whom she believes fought for the Confederate Army. She states that his sister was Lottie Coppage.
There is a dedicated section about another relative named Joseph Leigh who passed away in 1785. Minne had happened to be at the courthouse in Leonardtown looking at wills when she found his. Minnie said that Joseph named a granddaughter of his wife as Elizabeth Guyther. Minnie told Julia she had a theory that George Guyther's wife's surname was Armstrong. Julia brings up getting a response from England about the Gwyther Coat of Arms and that she would need to register a pedigree in order to obtain one.
The rest of the letter is more musings about various other Guyther relatives.
