11 1/4"h x 11 1/4"w
There are five sheets, one for each bond issue. At the top of the sheet is printed “The Leonardtown Bank of the Eastern Shore Trust Company, Leonardtown, Md.” Immediately to the right of that was “Account No.______,” with “Sheet No.____” under it. Near the left Edge was “Name” and a long line, on which was handwritten “Liberty Loan Bonds #_” and on the far right of the same line was “Individual Ledger” which was the name of the re-purposed form. On the Far left was “Address” and a long line. The page was divided in half with two sets of columns for the same information.
Column 1 was blank
Column 2 Date
Column 3 said Debit, but it was used for names and check marks
Column 4 Credit
Column 5 Balance
Both Credit and Balance contained figures that make no sense to me. The handwriting on the sheets is very poor. Issues 2-4 were very popular, but there was less enthusiasm for issues 1 and 5.
