3 3/16"h x 4 3/16"w black and white photo of the Little Red Schoolhouse at Horse Range Farm. Henry J. Fowler moved it there after a fire in 1965 burned out a wing of the school. It was eventually rebuilt and was something of a tourist attraction. Many years later the building was moved to the St. Clements' Island Museum to serve the same purpose. This photo shows a gable roof building with an entry addition on the near gable end. There is a central entry door five steps above the ground with a six over six double hung window on each side. On the long left elevation are three large windows. There is a gable roof bell tower on the peak of the roof of the main building. A chimney is in the center of the roof peak aft of the tower. The photo is too dark to tell if the foundation is stone or concrete rubble.
