4 1/4"h x 3 1/4"w black and white photo of the Little Red Schoolhouse in its restored condition in 1970. This view is of the interior of the building in the back of the room by the metal stove. A tubby teakettle sat on top of the stove and a sizable stovepipe went toward the ceiling. There were two blackboards and a window visible on the opposite side of the room. The teacher's desk appeared to be on a platform above the scholars. An American flag was on a stand in the far corner.
