3 1/2" x 5 3/4" black and white photo of Locust Hill in Port Tobacco in Charles County. This view shows two large chimneys with the large pent between them. The chimney on the left is larger and has "shoulders" on each floor. The right chimney is slimmer. There may be a two-light opening in the pent. There is a small square four-light window just to the left of center near the roof peak. The gambrel roof also incorporates a shed roof over the front porch and a shed roof over an addition on the right. The porch has a simple hand-railing. Immediately to the right of the smaller chimney is a door with a six light transom window over it. There is a rectangular eight-light window to the right of the door. The back of the house appears to be supported on stacks of loose bricks.
