Description

Black and white photocopy of a black and white photo of two women and fourteen children on the front steps of George Loker's house in Leonardtown. All but two of the children were quite small. They were arranged in three rows on the steps and a large American flag was hung above them. Mr. Fenwick included a list of names on the verso. The face of the woman in the top row on the right was quite distorted, so the photo was probably damaged. ******************************************* Text on verso on a separate sheet: "On porch of Geo. Loker's home in Leonardtown 4th of July 1915 Left to right Top row 1. Eleanor Loker 2. Catherine Eichner holding Ann Loker 3. Janice Loker 4. Sally Lambden Loker (George's wife) 2nd row 1. Henry Combs 2. Brother Clyde Loker (Leslie) 3. Ned Sterling 4. Johnny Sterling 5. Joe Key Bottom row 1. Robert Loker 2. Mary Catherine Sterling 3. (Laddie) Lambden Loker 4. Foley Drury 5.
