1 folder ; 14 3/4" x 8 5/8" This folder has estate administration documents for Susanna Boothe, Mary Ann Graves, and Lewis Graves. 1. August 13, 1846 Handwritten notice of the sale of the goods and chattels of Susanna Boothe, Thomas W. Morgan, and Joseph Spalding, which property to be sold for cash September 4, 1846 2. April 23, 1866 Official notice that Lewis Graves and John T. Graves, Jr. were appointed as executors of the estate of Mary A. Graves. Scanned as an example. 3. May 1, 1866-February 19, 1867 John T. and Lewis Graves submitted an accounting of the value of the estate and charges against it, but it was not passed by the Orphan's Court until February 4. November 20, 1866 An accounting of the sale of Mrs. Graves' property 5. April 21, 1867 An accounting that showed dividends accruing to the monies of the estate. Scanned as an example. 6. May 23, 1867 Small receipt for $5.24 given to Lewis Graves by Thomas L. Davis March 11, 1873 Account at John M. Floyd's store submitted to the administrator of Lewis Graves' estate [See Box 2] 7. May 13, 1873 Note and Orphan's Court form showing that Margaret E. Russell filed a claim against Lewis Graves' estate for $100. Her claim was subsequently allowed, but she only received $36.14. She used that to pay a bill in Baltimore.
