1 paper folder ; document is 12 7/8" x 16" unfolded On February 10, 1827, Thomas I. Graves sold John T. Graves Bachelor's Rest. The number of acres was not mentioned, nor were the courses listed. This is confusing when considered with the deed at 1986.002.0050. The document was "signed, sealed, and delivered in the presence of Dent Blakistone and Dent H. Miles." A transcription is included.
