4"h x 6"w color photo of St. Marie's Musica at the 1989 madrigals concert at Historic St. Mary's City in the Statehouse. The singers were all in costume, including the director in a brilliant sky blue outfit. Behind them were the windows flanking the fireplace on the south end of the building. The Maryland seal was visible above their heads. Notice the two women on the right playing recorders. The audience was on folding chairs in the foreground. There was always a free concert for county residents before the series of madrigal dinners that were held as fund-raisers each December.
