Description

This 8"h x 10"w color photo is of Mattapany on the grounds of the Patuxent River Naval Air Warfare Center. There had been a terrific ice storm, so Lt. Riley took pictures of the shiny landscape. This view is of the south? elevation with many brilliant trees all around. There is a driveway separated from the road by a low hedge. This may be the service drive. ******************************* Text on verso: "taken approx. 1960 or 62 Photo Lab. Officer Lt. Riley Patuxent River Naval Air Station Mattaponi courtesy June A.
