Paper construction with leather spine. Faded bluish cover, slight marbled pattern still recognizable. Brown spine with 3 small extrusions. Inside front cover "Minute Book No. 16 for 1811. 1812. 1813. 1814. 1815" Next page "Minute Book of the Commissions of the Tax for Saint Mary's County. Commencing 7th of August Anno. 1810." Water damaged but writing still legible and pages in relatively good condition. Last section of pages separated from spine.
