There are three blue legal forms in which George Goddard directs F. M. Goddard, the constable, to recover money or goods to satisfy debts. There is also a blank form for Scire Facias, also directing execution of a judgment.
There is an account book, 12 1/8"h x 8"w in absolutely pitiful condition. It has no front cover and the back cover has been very wet. Many pages are cut out or torn and the entries on many sheets are not legible. The first extant page is for January 1863 and the last extant page is for July? 1866. This appears to be the account book of a blacksmith and/or wheelwright.Collection
