5 3/4"h x 3 3/8"w sepia tone photo of Mr. and Mrs. George Morgan Knight, Sr. They were standing between a low hedge and a light-colored clapboard house with dark shutters. A six over six double hung window was behind Mrs. Knight. The bottom half of the window was up, exposing ruffled curtains. A shade was inside the top half of the window. Mr. Knight had on a bowler hat, a dark suit with a vest, a white shirt with a rather high collar, a four in hand tie and a white handkerchief in his breast pocket. A cigar was right in the center of his mouth. Mrs. Knight had short hair and wore a dark cloche hat that appeared to be velvet with a satin brim turned up on her left. Her dress was of some drapey material with a small figure. It had elbow length sleeves with a cuff. The neckline of the darker material drooped down over a modesty panel of a lighter colored material. The top bloused out at her waist. The skirt was probably straight; it was obscured by the hedge. She held her gloves and a purse in her left hand and had a bracelet on that arm. She wore glasses. She did not appear to be having a good time.
