Black and white photograph 3 1/2"h x 3 1/2"w of Mt. Pleasant on Blewstone Neck in Saint Inigoes. A large tree is in front of the house and there are shrubs as well. This view shows the main two and a half story brick house and a two story clapboard addition. The floors of the addition are lower than those of the main house. In the wall between the house and the addition is an inside end double chimney with a bridge above the roof line. The house has a gable roof and the roof of the addition has the same orientation as the main house. There is one single gable roof dormer centered in the roof of the main building. A six over six window takes nearly all the space in the gable. Between it and the chimney there is something in the roof--a vent? There are three six over six windows with dark shutters on the second floor of the front of the main house and one six over six window in the second floor of the addition. A generous two bay porch with a gable roof ninety degrees to the house roof takes up the left two thirds of the first floor of the main building. The porch roof is supported by white tapered pillars and there is a railing around it. There is also a striped awning pulled up near the eaves. A door is visible on the far side of the house and a six over six window is in the center of the first floor, with another to the right beyond the porch. There is a window barely visible on the first floor of the addition. On the gable end of the addition is a shed roof for a closed porch. There is a door and one window on the narrow end of the porch facing the camera. There are four severely sloping steps up to the door sill.
