Black and white photograph 3 1/2"h x 3 1/2"w of Mt. Pleasant on Blewstone Neck in Saint Inigoes. This view shows the double chimney and the clapboard addition to the main building. The floors of the addition are lower than those of the main house. In the wall between the house and the addition is an inside end double chimney with a bridge above the roof line. Television antennae are wired to each chimney. The house has a gable roof with the same orientation as the addition. There is one single gable roof dormer centered in the roof of the main building. There are two six over four double hung windows in the chimney bridge. The color of the brick from the eaves to the peak is different from the rest of the building. A porch with a gable roof ninety degrees to the house roof is just visible through the foliage. The porch roof is supported by white tapered pillars. There are three six over six windows with dark shutters on the second floor of the front of the main house and one six over six window in the second floor of the addition. Electric power comes to the building at the corner above the porch roof. There is a dark opening in the very peak of the gable end of the addition and a six over six double hung window just off center and just above the porch roof in that same wall. There is a window with a screen visible on the first floor of the addition. An air conditioner has been put through the wall near this window and various utilities are on the ground under that appliance. On the gable end of the addition is a shed roof for a screened porch with an awning hanging inside near the roof. There is a center door flanked by screened openings on the narrow end of the porch. There are four severely sloping steps up to the door sill. There appear to be six bays on the long dimension of the porch. It is supported on short posts and is open below. Something is leaning against the addition right next to the main building, but I can't tell what it is. The entire addition is badly in need of paint.
