Description

5 1/2"h x 3 7/8"w hand colored image of Francis Neale. Mr. Neale had wavy hair and unbelievably luxuriant curly muttonchops. He had on a dark coat with small lapels; all the visible edges were bound in grosgrain ribbon. He wore a small horizontal tie with a large knot. The artist did not do a good job with Mr. Neale's right eye. In the border below the image "The Harlem Photo Gallery S.
