7"h x 5"w photo of the hand colored image of Francis Neale. Much of the effect of the coloring has been lost. Mr. Neale had wavy hair and unbelievably luxuriant curly muttonchops. He had on a dark coat with small lapels; all the visible edges were bound in grosgrain ribbon. He wore a small horizontal tie with a large knot. The artist did not do a good job with Mr. Neale's right eye.
