1987? This is a three fold sheet of heavy blue, white, and black coated paper with four panels. The Maryland Veterans Home Commission created the pamphlet to help lobby the Maryland General Assembly for the State's share of money to build an addition on the home. The lion's share of the funds would come from the federal government. The pamphlet includes a chart showing the original county of of residence of the current veterans and the county of origin of those on the waiting list.Collection
