Description

This is an editorial from St. Mary's Beacon that has been mounted on heavy board and sprayed with something to "protect" it that has turned it dull yellow. The editor castigates Dr. Jarboe, of the County Commissioners, who seeks to remove Buck Briscoe and replace him with a salaried director of economic development.
