8 1/2"h x 11"w color landscape orientation photograph of the Newtown Manor House's west and north elevations. It was easy to see the former roof line of the brick building. A major remodel was undertaken in 1816. The building had a clipped gable roof line. The paired inside end chimneys were surrounded by "new" fabric. The chimneys themselves were raised by several feet. In the space between the chimneys in the attic were two small windows. There were two windows on the second floor level that were near each corner of the building. All these windows were boarded shut. There were no windows on the first floor or ground floor levels, although there was a basement door on the left under a brick arch. On the north elevation there were two visible ground floor windows, a central door with a transom flanked by two windows on each side on the first floor, and five windows on the second floor. There were three gable roofed dormers providing light and air to the attic. There was a large round bush near the blue door. In the left foreground were large bushes and a plaque about the building.
