Black and white 3 1/2"h x 3 1/2"w photo of Oakland near Hollywood, identified as part of Fenwick Manor. It is a two and a half story gable roofed house with a two story addition at right angles on the back, plus a one story piece beyond that. The long side closest to the camera has three dormers in the roof with six over six windows and five windows with shutters on the second floor. There is a hipped roof porch on the first floor that probably has one window on each side and one window is visible under the roof. The gable end has a large single outside end chimney. There is a window on each side of it on each floor. In the addition, two windows with shutters are visible on the second floor, and also on the first floor. The one story addition with a metal roof has a shed roof porch on the near side and a small chimney in the gable end. Several of the shutters are in very poor repair.
