3 1/2"h x 4 1/2"w color print of story and a half Ocean Hall's west elevation. There is a cedar shake gable roof with an inside end chimney on each gable end. In this view, there are five gabled-roofed dormers with windows, but the photo is too dark to see exactly how many lights are in the windows. There is a center door on the first floor, flanked by two windows on each side. The windows are twelve over twelve double hung with a slight arch in the top moulding. There are remnants of white paint on the brick wall. This elevation has a full length shed roof set on poles shading the entire first floor. If there is a porch floor, it is not visible. On the gable end there are two small windows in the upper floor, one on each side of the chimney stack. The degradation of the paint under the two upper windows suggests years of water running down the brick face. There are two large windows on the first floor, each near the corner of the building, presumably to make way for a large fireplace. These windows are also twelve over twelve double hung with a slight arch in the top moulding. There are no foundation plantings.
