The document is a handwritten memo. It was sent by the Circuit Court of St. Mary's County to C.W. Armsworthy for payment of $2.50 for one day's attendance at court as a talesman (member of the jury). It is signed by John A. Camalier. On the back is written "C. M. Armsworthy," "John Fenwick," and "Chapman."
