Four handwritten notes about payments and debts. Some of the notes are hard to make out; however, we were able to read some. One had to do with a $15 debt to Phillip Dorsey and was paid July 19, 1899. Another was from Charlotte B. Fowler, on the official treasurer's stationery, and detailed a $45 debt, it is dated August 21, 1920. There are also two typed-out pamphlets, one explaining the new Telephone Tolls from January 21, 1919. The other is an explanation of the Maryland Safety Responsibility Law of January 1, 1932.Collection
