3 1/2"h x 5"w black and white photo of the Peverley tenant house out in a field on Route 5 in Mechanicsville. This view of the house was of the two story gable end. Near the roof peak, a board was missing. There were two six over six double hung windows on the second floor and also on the first floor, but those windows were covered with tarpaper. On the right was a standing seam roof over an open porch. On the left was a shed roof one story addition with a single six over six double hung window in the center of the wall. A propane tank and a cistern were on the ground at this end of the house. The power pole was on the right.
