Here is a pair of pictures of the same professional photo of Helen. One is the original and the other is a copy. Considering the copy is an enlarged version of the original I've opted to keep it. The photograph is a full-body shot of Helen sitting in a chair facing off to the right side. She's resting her left arm on a wooden railing. The lady herself has on a light patterned dress with a black shawl over top. The photographer didn't really do a good job with the prop placement as you can see the rug on the floor is on either side of the wooden railing. Going by the years given for Helen's birth year, she would have been aged twenty-two or twenty-three here.
On the back of the original photo there is some written details in Hope's handwriting and starting at the top:
"H.H. Pickersgill-Cunliffe born May 10th, 1830 (1829?) Married 1849"
"Ca.1852"
The back also has the studio name "London Stereoscopic & Photographic Co." and the address as 110, Regent Street, London.Collection
