Owen Guyther III was the great-great-grandson of Captain Nicholas Guyther. There are two sheets along with the photocopy of the probate inventory.
The probate inventory itself is dated to June 25th, 1750 and the inheritor of Owen's inventory was Mary Guyther. Mary herself inherited 234 pounds sterling silver.
The second page is a photocopy of written acknowledgement dated to September 24th 1750 that Mary legally inherited Owen's inventory.
