Scope and Content

John Guyther was a descendant of Captain Nicholas Guyther. There are three pages tied to the accounting of his estate and one photocopy of a list of debts owed to John Guyther's estate. According to these papers the executor of his estate was a John Fenwick. John Guyther's son was named John Guyther II and John's grandson was Ignatius Fenwick. People were paid in crops, clothes and money. The estate accounting information was found at the Hall of Records in "Accounts - vol. 60: 178-181". The fourth image is a list of people who owed debts to John's estate. The total of which was $30.6. This list is from "Inventories - vol. 98: 109".
