This is a photocopy Hope took of a land survey for Pridget's Land at Piney Point. The writing at the top mentions that Pridget's Land was owned by Eliza A. Guither and was sold to George M. Nichols on October 25th, 1863. It goes on to give the property lines and coordinates. As with any land survey there is a mapping of the property at the bottom of the page.
