2"h x 2 3/4"w black and white photo of Piney Point. My guess is the people may have been decorating for an event or they may have been building something. A man was on a low ladder doing something to a pole. Three or four women were on the ground around him, probably telling him what to do. A teenage girl was in the foreground and near her was an older man with his back to the camera, watching the proceedings. In the distance there was a man leaning on a right angle structure. A mystery!
